 PRIVACY

South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. primary goals in collecting personal information about you are, first, to give you a meaningful, enjoyable, and personalized website experience and, second, to facilitate the development of new products and services relevant to consumers like you.  All personal data transmitted to South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. over the internet pursuant to placing an order, logging in or registering an account, such as name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number and payment information (credit card number, expiration date. CID #, billing/shipping addresses), shall be treated as confidential information. Any communication or other materials which you submit to South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. or this Web site (including, but not limited to, e-mail, product reviews or other postings) relating to products, experiences, suggestions or other subject matter will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary “Submissions”.  All Submissions made to public areas, such as product reviews, are not subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy: 

Protecting the online privacy of children is especially important, and those under the age of 13 are protected by federal law.  South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. does not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to buy goods and services on our sites, without verifiable parental consent. South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under 13, except with their parent's express consent.

ORDERING

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day.  Any inquiries or orders done in person at our Miami office or via telephone can be made during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Orders can also be faxed/emailed 24 hours a day.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice due to the market conditions, so please call for updated prices and or your invoice total when ordering. We are not responsible for typographical errors on our catalog or any other print or electronic advertisements. 

PAYMENTS

All online orders must be paid by credit card (all major credit cards accepted) or through an authorized PayPal ™ account.  We accept all forms of payment for an order made in person.  Pease allow up to 3 days for processing. Purchaser agrees to pay 1.5% monthly finance charge on late payments plus all fees in case of collection. There will be a $25.00 service charge for returned checks regardless of the amount. 

SHIPPING

Based upon availability, all online orders have a 24 hour turn-around shipping time. South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. does back order merchandise and gives accurate lead time as to availability. Items not in stock at the time of shipping that are requested to be shipped when available will be considered a part of the same order. Back ordered merchandise will be shipped immediately upon availability. Free shipping is available if freight requirements are met (please call). To avoid mishandling of merchandise by carriers, palletized shipping is available. If the shipment does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please notify us promptly so that proper measures can be taken. South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. is not responsible or liable for delays caused by the carrier, manufacturers or any other reason. 

DAMAGED GOODS, SHORTAGES, & RETURNS

Every item is inspected carefully prior to shipping. If you receive any damaged or re-taped packages, you must inform the carrier upon receipt of the shipment and note the damages when you sign for the shipment. This will enable us to put in a claim with the carrier. In order for us to take back any damaged or incorrect items, your claim must be made within (2) days of receipt of the merchandise. You must call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before returning any merchandise. Any package sent to us without a valid RA # noted on the package will not receive any credit. Any returned item must be in its original packaging. All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping & handling charges paid by South Florida Imaging Supply, Inc. No return or exchange on special orders. No return or exchange on date sensitive goods (Film & Paper etc.) after 14 days.  Certain products sold on this Site come with a manufacturer’s warranty.  If it is the case that product is damaged from a manufacturer’s standpoint, all returns will be on dealt with on a case by case basis depending on that manufacturer’s guarantee.  Cancellation of orders or portions thereof will not be accepted after orders are placed for any equipment or special order items.
